In addition to rapid turnaround times, our flat rate fees are based on the length of your source material. Our average turnaround is 3 days for standard transcripts.

The Process:
1) You supply us with an audio or video source tape
2) We will deliver to you a verbatim transcript as any of the following:
MS word, PDF, plain text or HTML.
3) Finished transcripts will be emailed to you.

Standard audio/video is a one-on-one interview which is well-recorded and easily intelligible.

Non-Standard audio/video includes:
Poor sound quality (tape or environment).
Heavy accents.
There is not a formal interview format.
More than one person being interviewed.

Timecode Option:
We insert a timecode mark at the beginning of each speaker. Client would supply us with a VHS with burned in time code for reference.
